Who can make a referral?
Referrals for assessment related to litigation are accepted only from lawyers. We do not accept self-referrals for medical-legal purposes.
Referrals for non-medical legal purposes are accepted from any source. We provide assessment and consultation services, as well as case management and treatment.
Next available appointment
Please call or email us with your referral; we are happy to answer any of your questions and provide an estimate of the next available date. If we have a waiting list at the time, your client will be scheduled in the order in which the referral was received. We are happy to accommodate you and your client if certain days or times are required. If an urgent assessment is required, please contact us directly at 780-758-9565.
